booked family suit but not given the same room told not available, booked complementary breakfast for 2 person but during checkin told not booked

The rooms were very comfortable to stay and to sleep peacefully and the service was also excellent

Location was good in the city rooms were good good staff good place to visit easy accessibility to place

The hotel had advertised complimentary breakfast as part of their amenities, but when I went to the dining area, I was told that it was not included in my room rate. What's even more appalling was the behavior of the staff. When I politely asked them to clarify their breakfast policy, they became defensive and rude. They seemed completely uninterested in resolving the issue or providing any kind of explanation. *Pros:* None *Cons:* - Denied complimentary breakfast despite being advertised - Rude and unhelpful staff - Lack of transparency and poor communication *Would not stay here again.*

Stay at al wesal international was really comfortable. Rooms were maintained super clean and had all facilities. Since many tourist spots were very nearby, it was easy to travel from there. Overall it was good.

It was a horrible experience. Beds were stinking and all the bed sheets were stinking. It was not at all cleaned.

Hotel rooms are good staff is very good but breakfast they are giving is very low quality only poori aloo, very oily and unhealthy.

Hotel awesome and prime location situated. Staff are very polite and professional. But unfortunately room conditions are not upto the standards. In roof and walls patch are there. They need to do renovate if they need to survive in hotel industry market. Overall pleasant experienced.

This is the worst hotel there was fungus all over in the bed, wardrobe and walls and rooms are very smelly. So much humidity. Bedsheets are dirty, pillow covers are dirty.
